99bd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99bd ("99bd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 99bd.vu. By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a wager, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. By registering, you warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met throughout your use of the platform.

• ✔You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close associate of 99bd or any affiliate or business partner of 99bd.
• ✔You have not been excluded from any gambling platform via a self-exclusion program that you have not subsequently had lifted. If you have voluntarily self-excluded, you must not attempt to register a new account or circumvent any existing exclusion.

3Account Registration and Verification (KYC)

Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the 99bd platform. Multiple accounts held by a single individual, household, IP address, or device are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended with any balances forfeited. Account registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current information, including your real full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

• ▸You must provide your legal full name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification document. Nicknames, aliases, or abbreviated names are not acceptable.
• ▸Your date of birth must be accurate. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• ▸99bd will conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on all accounts before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address.
• ▸You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. 99bd will never ask you for your password by email, SMS, or chat. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to 99bd support immediately.
• ▸99bd reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including for enhanced due diligence purposes in connection with large transactions or unusual account activity. Failure to comply with verification requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

99bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via locally recognised Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposit minimums, withdrawal minimums, and any applicable processing limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account and are subject to change at 99bd's sole discretion with reasonable notice provided to players.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payer is a different individual from the account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source may be confiscated and the account closed. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

99bd offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL, and IPL. 6Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99bd platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended or terminated, all funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

• ✖Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting wagering requirement loopholes, creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, or any form of bonus hunting that is not consistent with genuine gameplay.
• ✖Money laundering or any attempt to use the 99bd platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities. 99bd is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• ✖Collusion, match-fixing, use of bots, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool designed to give a player an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• ✖Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any subsequent identity or payment check conducted by 99bd.
• ✖Accessing the platform while under the age of 21, or allowing or assisting any person under the age of 21 to access, register, or use the 99bd platform in any way.
• ✖Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, probe, or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the 99bd platform, including its games, APIs, databases, or payment infrastructure.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the 99bd platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, interface designs, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99bd or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 99bd platform without express prior written permission from 99bd. Any unauthorised use of 99bd intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99bd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the 99bd platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if 99bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

99bd does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability. 99bd shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability, provided that 99bd takes commercially reasonable steps to restore access as quickly as practicable.

9Account Suspension and Termination

99bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• ▸Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation the prohibited activities listed in Section 6.
• ▸Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, account compromise, or any activity that 99bd reasonably suspects may constitute a criminal offence or a breach of applicable regulations.
• ▸Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time following a request from 99bd, or provision of documentation that 99bd determines to be fraudulent or forged.
• ▸Player request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion, in which case 99bd will process the closure promptly and ensure that any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) is returned to the player via their registered payment method.
